As our Lead Installer, you’ll take the lead in replacing and installing HVAC systems with precision, professionalism, and pride. You’ll guide installation projects from start to finish — ensuring systems perform perfectly, customers are delighted, and every job reflects the high standards of our family business.
You’ll report directly to the Install Manager and work closely with our office team and customers to deliver a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Install & Replace Systems: Professionally install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and ventilation systems according to manufacturer specs and company standards.
- System Startup & Testing: Perform start-up and testing to ensure safe, efficient operation. Adjust system settings and troubleshoot any issues.
- Ductwork: Fabricate, install, and verify duct systems for effective airflow and comfort delivery.
- Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, building codes, and manufacturer instructions. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Customer Service: Communicate clearly and courteously with customers. Explain system operation and maintenance tips. Ensure satisfaction before marking a job complete.
- Documentation: Complete all job details accurately in ServiceTitan and XOi. Report progress, collect payments, and update management regularly.
- Truck & Tool Maintenance: Keep your truck clean, organized, and stocked with essential tools and supplies.

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead or senior tech preferred)
- EPA certification (required)
- NATE certification (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
- A positive attitude that reflects our Code of Values
