The right candidate should be comfortable troubleshooting, repairing, and installing plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and light industrial settings. This person should be able to work independently when needed, follow direction from a Service Manager or Foreman, and complete jobs safely, correctly, and efficiently.
Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber who can perform quality plumbing work, communicate professionally with customers and team members, and help support the growth of our plumbing service department.

Primary Duties
- Install, service, and repair plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and components
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend effective, code-compliant solutions
- Read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications for plumbing layouts
- Inspect and test systems to identify leaks, blockages, or performance issues
- Follow all applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Coordinate with HVAC and electrical technicians on multi-trade projects when needed
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repairs, and next steps
- Document work completed, materials used, and job details accurately
- Maintain professional conduct and jobsite cleanliness at all times
Required Qualifications
- Current Texas Journeyman Plumber license
- At least 3 years of hands-on plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Proven diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
- Flexibility on hours for service calls
- Must be available for on call monthly
- Backflow testing a plus
