Position Summary
We’re seeking a skilled Intermediate Frame Carpenter to join our deck crews. This role involves building high-quality wood and composite decks, pergolas, and other outdoor structures according to plans and specifications. You should be confident in framing and structural work, able to work as part of a team, and committed to safety, quality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Perform framing and structural carpentry for decks, pergolas, and other outdoor projects
Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications
Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and composite materials accurately
Work closely with crew leads to meet quality and schedule standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site
Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely
Follow all company safety policies and building codes
Represent the company with professionalism on customer job sites

Requirements

2–5 years of carpentry or framing experience (deck experience preferred)
Knowledge of wood and composite framing techniques
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be drug-free and pass pre-employment screening
Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and commitment to quality work
