Job Summary
Working Superintendent for commercial interiors, building renovations, historic renovations, and service work.
Responsibilities and Duties
Commercial construction including carpentry, metal framing, drywall and drywall finishing, and ceilings. Supervision of employees and subcontractors of all trades.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience in carpentry, metal framing, drywall and ceilings a must. Drywall finishing, painting, and/or other trades a plus.
