As an HVAC Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced service or installation technicians learning how to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. You’ll receive hands-on field training, technical education, and real opportunities to grow into a long-term technician role.

Assist lead technicians on residential HVAC service and installation jobs

Learn basic electrical, refrigeration, and HVAC troubleshooting skills

Operate hand tools and power tools safely

Maintain clean, organized trucks and job sites

Communicate professionally with customers and teammates

Complete training modules, certifications, and hands-on learning assignments

Use company software systems and job documentation tools

Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record

Comfortable using ladders, tools, and working in attics/crawl spaces

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
