Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of residential HVAC service experience, strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to consistently complete 5–8 service calls per day while delivering exceptional customer service. Commercial HVAC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
- Complete 5–8 service calls daily while maintaining high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Perform accurate system diagnostics and provide repair recommendations.
- Educate customers on repair options, system performance, and replacement opportunities.
- Generate revenue through equipment sales, service upgrades, and accessory recommendations.
- Document service calls, repairs, and recommendations accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
- Follow all company safety policies and industry standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
- Assist with light commercial HVAC service when required.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of residential HVAC service experience required.
- Strong retail diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Proven ability to identify repair and replacement opportunities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule.
- Commercial HVAC experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay of $24.00+ per hour, based on experience.
- Unit sales commissions.
