What You’ll Be Doing
- Run residential service and maintenance calls
- Diagnose HVAC issues accurately
- Present repair vs replace options
- Sell repairs, systems, IAQ, and upgrades
- Work home warranty jobs (we’ll train you)
- Deliver a 5-star customer experience
- Use iPad for professional job documentation

Requirements
- Residential HVAC experience
