Residential Service Electrician / Apprentice Electrician
Sam’s Electrical is a growing premium residential electrical service company serving Western Massachusetts. We focus on high-quality residential service work rather than high-volume production work. Most of our jobs involve troubleshooting, repairs, installations, upgrades, and service-based electrical work that typically ranges from under an hour to a full day.
We are looking for someone professional, motivated, social, and genuinely interested in building a long-term career in the electrical industry. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, follows procedures carefully, and leaves every customer with a positive impression after the job is completed.
Experience working for residential service companies, door-to-door sales experience, customer service experience, or administrative/construction office experience is a major plus. Strong communication and people skills are extremely important to us.
Preferred Experience Includes:
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Old work wiring
- Lighting and device installations
- EV charger installations
- Generator interlocks
- Service upgrades
- Panel replacements
- Residential service work
At least 2 years of electrical experience is preferred. However, motivated individuals who are eager to learn, improve themselves, and build a serious long-term career are encouraged to apply even if they do not yet have extensive experience.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $23–$32/hour depending on experience and qualifications
- Guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week
