Prospect Waterproofing is a Commercial Roofing, Waterproofing and Architectural Sheet Metal Contractor located in the greater Washington DC metro area.
Currently we have an opening available for an experienced Field Superintendent with a new or remedial construction background.
Successful candidate must be able to:
- Understand contract specifications and drawings
- Effectively supervise multiple crews and multiple projects
- Control labor and material costs within budget
- Follow and enforce company and project safety requirements
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Able to pass Government qualifications and background checks
- Pass driving record check
