Your New Role

As an HVAC Lead Installer based in North Canton, Ohio, you will lead residential HVAC installations within an approximately 40 mile service radius.

Lead installation of residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related equipment
Perform complete system replacements and new installations according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
Oversee job site workflow and ensure high quality workmanship
Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding installation scope and system operation
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company installation procedures
Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Support and mentor Installer Assistants when assigned
Participate in a ride along as part of the interview process

Minimum of 1 year of HVAC installation experience required
Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems, installation best practices, and basic sheet metal work
Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check in accordance with applicable laws
Strong customer service and communication skills
Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform physical job duties
Basic computer skills for documentation and job tracking
Ability to commute to North Canton, Ohio and service areas within approximately 40 miles
