Our rapidly growing HVAC Company is looking to bring on a Service Technician to help bring our Service Department to the next level!
HVAC Service Technician Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support and assistance to client requests, as needed.
- Direct and manage Service and Estimating operations to deliver excellent customer service, quality control and profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve aggressive growth goals.
- Build long-term business relationships with employees and clients and partner companies.
- Build a high-performance team of technicians and staff in the organization and optimize productivity.
- Develop and maintain service operations policies, procedures, and standards to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver high-quality results.
- Work with the Project Manager and Principal to develop budgets, sales targets and operational performance metrics.
- Deliver exceptional financial and operational results including budget achievement, sales targets, and customer service and quality metrics.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Candidates must have at least 7 years of prior experience working as an HVAC technician.
- Knowledge and understanding of HVAC service techniques.
- Experience in Preventative Maintenance.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
