Bigham Ag manufactures and markets a wide range of agriculture tillage, cultivating and harvest equipment helping the farmer gain maximum crop production while conserving valuable resources. The company markets its products in the U.S. through its dealer network and to other countries in cooperation with partner firms.
We serve producers from two locations: Lubbock, TX and Carlisle, Ar.
We are currently looking for one full-time MIG welder to join our team in Carlisle. Qualified candidates must have 2+ years experience in reading prints, oxyacetylene procedures and MIG welding. Must have reliable transportation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Layout of implement frames according to blue prints
- Adjustment of weld machines to meet weld parameters
- Using cutting torch for fabrication
- MIG welding according to WPS.
Physical Requirements:
- Continous standing/walking during a scheduled work shift. (typically 8 hours)
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
- Must be able to work in cold, hot and humid weather.
