We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with solid hands-on experience across both commercial and residential systems. If you take pride in diagnosing problems accurately, fixing them right the first time, and leaving every job site better than you found it — we want to talk.
Based out of Liberty Hill, TX — Serving the Greater Austin Metro Area
Applicants must currently reside within 31 miles of Austin, TX. We do not offer relocation assistance. Candidates outside this area will not be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing
This isn’t a filter-swap position. You’ll be the go-to technician handling real diagnostic and service work across a variety of commercial and residential properties:
∙ Diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems — rooftops, split systems, package units, and more
∙ Preventive maintenance on commercial and residential HVAC equipment
∙ Refrigerant handling, recovery, and recharge in compliance with EPA 608 standards
∙ Thermostat and control system troubleshooting and replacement
∙ Coil cleaning, drain line service, and air handler maintenance
∙ Identifying and replacing failed components — motors, capacitors, contactors, and controls
∙ Interacting professionally with facility managers, building owners, and homeowners
∙ Documenting work performed accurately and completely
What We’re Looking For
∙ Currently residing within 31 miles of Austin, TX (required — no exceptions)
∙ 3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience (commercial and/or residential)
∙ EPA 608 Certification (required)
∙ Ability to diagnose problems independently — you don’t wait to be told what’s wrong
∙ Strong communication skills — you’ll deal directly with customers and building contacts
∙ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
∙ NATE certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
