We are currently hiring Journeyman PL01 Plumbers for new construction, rough-in, and trim.

Job Description

New Construction Plumbers: Rough-In, Trim, Groundwork

Commercial work, industrial buildings, tenant improvements, etc.
Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems
Cut, assemble and install pipes with attention to existing infrastructure
Install and maintain water supply systems
Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems
Drilling, use of power tools, installation of bathtubs, showers

Service Plumbers

Commercial work, industrial buildings
Read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, waste disposal and water supply systems
Cut, assemble and install pipes with attention to existing infrastructure
Install and maintain water supply systems
Install waste disposal and sanitary systems with well-functioning DWV systems
Drilling, use of power tools, installation of bathtubs, showers
Drain cleaning, fixture repair and replacements, water heaters, troubleshooting, leak detection, cable machines, hydro jetting, boiler tech
After hours and weekend jobs as scheduled

Skills and Requirements

Commercial Journeyman Plumbing License
Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems commercial and industrial buildings
Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to lift up at least 40 pounds
Comfortable on ladders and in crawl spaces
