Mako Industries is currently hiring experienced Instrument Fitters for offshore opportunities. Candidates must have strong experience with stainless steel tubing, small-bore pipe installation, and instrumentation systems in offshore oil & gas environments.

Install and fit stainless steel tubing and instrument pipe systems

Read and interpret P&IDs, ISO drawings, and instrumentation layouts

Perform tube bending, routing, cutting, threading, and fitting

Install valves, fittings, supports, and instrumentation components

Ensure all tubing and piping systems meet project specifications and safety standards

Work closely with instrumentation technicians, welders, and offshore crews

Maintain clean and organized work areas while following offshore safety procedures

Minimum 3–5 years of instrument fitting experience

Offshore experience preferred

Experience with stainless steel tubing and small-bore piping required

Ability to read blueprints and instrumentation drawings

Valid passport required

Must be able to travel offshore and work rotational schedules

TWIC card and offshore safety certifications are a plus

Must pass drug screening and safety requirements

Experience in offshore oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical projects

Knowledge of compression fittings and tubing systems

Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic instrumentation systems

BOSIET, HUET, or other offshore certifications preferred
