Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction plumbing and be proficient in various plumbing tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems. Drain cleaning , Service plumbing is a plus this job will consist of new construction older homes that have been burnt. Also service calls and will need to be able to diagnose issues and give permanent solutions to the problems.

Depending on applicants skill level will determine pay and bonuses

This role requires a solid understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Plumber will work on diverse projects, ensuring that all plumbing work meets local codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
Perform pipe threading, assembly, and heavy lifting as required for installations.
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs.
Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure timely project completion.
Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites.
Provide maintenance person services as needed for additional repairs or remodeling tasks.

Skills

Strong knowledge of construction practices and plumbing techniques.
Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues effectively.
Familiarity with carpentry skills for related tasks during installations or repairs.
Previous experience working on construction sites is highly desirable.
