We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion of exterior construction work. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met within budget and timeline constraints.
```Responsibilities```
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and communicate with homeowners and crews to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to management
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review project tasks, deadlines, and dependencies
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery of project components
- Utilize project management software to track progress, document requirements, and manage project documentation
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, team management, and vendor management
- Proficient in using labor sheets
- Strong knowledge of project management in patios and decks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong conflict management skills to resolve issues and drive consensus among team members
- Experience with lean principles and root cause analysis is a plus
- Previous experience in product management is preferred
