Job Title: Construction Project Manager – Concrete
Location: Morris, MN (extensive travel required – 90%+ MN, SD, and ND)
Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000
Job Summary
Riverview is looking for a Construction Project Manager to own concrete projects from quote to closeout. This person runs the job — scheduling pours and crews, coordinating with vendors and engineers, leading onsite meetings, and keeping all work and sites tour ready. You will be on the road a significant amount of the time, in the field with the crews, and trusted to make the call when something needs to move. The right person treats the project like they own it, keeps it simple, and gets it built right.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage concrete projects across multiple sites — scheduling pours, sequencing crews, and keeping work moving
- Quote projects, approve bills, and manage billing through completion
- Coordinate with concrete vendors, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams; contribute to design discussions
- Lead onsite meetings and serve as the point of accountability for the crews and partners on the job
- Travel to job sites regularly and maintain a strong presence in the field
- Identify bottlenecks early and resolve them before they affect safety, cost, or schedule
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction project management experience with concrete work (foundations, flatwork, structural, or agricultural)
- Comfortable with extensive time on the road and willing to work 55+ hours per week, including some Saturdays
- Experience with Procore software preferred
- Strong vendor management, quoting, and billing skills
- Willing to learn Spanish to communicate with crews
- Humble, tough, energized by responsibility, and able to think like an owner
- Sense of urgency and willing to perform hands-on work alongside the crews
- Construction management degree or concrete trade background a plus
