Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- 2+ Years of Apartment, Property, Facilities, Building, or General Maintenance experience required
- Basic Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, HVAC, Painting, Flooring, Drywall, or Appliance repair experience required
- Experience Reading Work Orders/Diagrams required
- 1 Year of Specialized Maintenance experience preferred
- Experience with Apartment Turnovers preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
- This role involves performing maintenance and repairs for affordable housing and residential apartment communities
- Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, responding to tenant service requests, completing work orders, performing inspections, cleaning common areas, and maintaining buildings and grounds
- Additional duties include apartment turnovers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, appliance and HVAC repairs, preparing units for new tenants, inspections, and helping train junior technicians
- Work may involve apartment complexes, senior housing communities, and residential properties throughout Western Massachusetts
