Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: On-call / project-based | Typical Hours: Monday–Saturday, 7:00am–6:00pm

Service Areas: Utah County | Salt Lake County | Wasatch Back | Surrounding Areas

Job Type: Part-time / On-Call (with potential to grow into full-time and run your own projects/jobs)

About the Role

We are looking for a licensed Utah Journeyman Electrician to join the ECU team directly. This is an internal position — you will work under ECU, represent our brand in the field, and be a key part of how we deliver quality electrical services to our customers.

What You’ll Do

Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems on residential and light commercial projects
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment (multimeters, ohmmeters, low voltage testers)
Ensure all work meets NEC standards and local code requirements
Pull permits as required and coordinate inspections
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Communicate clearly with ECU leadership and customers
Document work performed and materials used
Support renovation and upgrade projects involving existing electrical systems
