Western, MA company is currently seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team. We provide high-quality HVAC, mechanical, and home service solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential customers.
The ideal candidate is dependable, knowledgeable, customer-focused, and experienced in troubleshooting, servicing, and installing HVAC systems in a variety of environments.
Position Overview
The HVAC Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing HVAC equipment for industrial, commercial, and residential customers. This position requires strong technical knowledge, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Install heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Service commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
Qualifications
- HVAC experience required
- Osha 10/30 certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with commercial, industrial, and/or residential HVAC systems preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
