Job Duties: Licensed HVAC-R Technician

In this Key Role as a Licensed / highly experienced HVAC technician you must be proficient in trouble shooting, diagnosing, and repairing a multitude of heating, and cooling systems. The equipment we service will range anywhere from Residential units to Commercial rooftops, along with Industrial Equipment and EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN!

Licensed HVAC-R Technician’s responsibility:

Maintain communication with dispatch, your team, and your manager
Keep your company truck clean, inside, and out.
Keep your truck inventory up to date.
Properly complete all required paperwork.
Pass all paperwork in on a timely basis
Join the on-call rotation list.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Have and maintain a clean driving record.
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional in the field.
Have or be willing to get the proper certifications, and licenses to become a fully Licensed HVAC-R Technician. We can help you with this if this job is a perfect fit for you.

Licensed HVAC-R Technician Requirements:

Fully Licensed HVAC-R technician – (this is preferred)
Experienced in the field – 5+ years preferred!
EPA certification – a must!
Osha 10 – a must!
If you do not have a license, you MUST be willing to enroll in HVAC-R school
We also assist in schooling upon a successful passing of the course
This is pending course qualification.
