Journeyman will perform a full range of journeyman level electrician duties in the installation, maintenance, and repair of wiring, equipment, and appliances.

Responsibilities:
Reinforce company standards and practices with ALL apprentices.
Delegate responsibilities and help guide ALL apprentices with skill and knowledge development based on each individual's strengths and weaknesses.
Troubleshoot and identify all problems.
Actively participate in the design and testing phases of the project.
Installation of wired infrastructure (example: looping from light to light, plug to plug, and knowing how to feed circuits).
Pipe bending
Wiring for and installations of motors and controls.
Tying in power to the circuit breaker panel and install breakers.
Effectively communicate to electricians and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional project execution.
Builds trusting relationships with colleagues and clients.
Proactively anticipate job sequencing.
Qualified and able to work in AS-BUILT environments.
Ensure the job site and company vehicle is organized and clean up.
Move stock needed for jobs from the warehouse to truck, and return unused stock to inventory daily.
Attends company meetings and events as scheduled on the company calendar.
Ensures the job site is tidy at the end of the day.
Restocks all materials at the garage by the end of the day.
Responds and reaches out promptly to the Owner, crew members, and clients via text, email, and phone calls.
Ongoing and timely use of company apps and tools.
Logins in Tsheets and out of Tsheets at the beginning and end of the day, break, and between jobs (keeping GPS active).
Skills:
Installation of electrical panels, switch-gear, transformers, generators, MI cable, breakers, enclosures, high voltage terminations, and line voltage terminations and implement the safety requirements that apply to them.
Exceptional interpersonal skills

Salary range: $35+ per hour

Required education and experience: Journeyman MA license
Preferred Education and experience: OSHA 10
Additional eligibility qualifications: Not color-blind
Work environment: Commercial buildings.
Physical demands: Standing, bending, climbing ladders and structures, lifting to 50 lbs.
Expected hours of work: 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Arrives on time and works full 8 hours of billable time.
