Responsibilities

Assist with framing, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, and drywall installation using hand tools and power tools.
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans.
Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and metal stud framing as needed.
Support fixture installation, door hanging, cabinet setup, and flooring or tile laying tasks.
Conduct restoration work including water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, and mold remediation.
Operate CNC machines for fabrication or assembly tasks when required.
Maintain safety standards by handling heavy lifting properly and using appropriate personal protective equipment.

Experience

Prior experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, or schematic interpretation is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with various construction trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work or manufacturing is preferred.
Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding setup, and heavy lifting techniques.
Restoration industry experience including water damage restoration or mold remediation is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and schematics accurately.
Previous roles involving remodeling, fixture installation, siding application or drywall finishing will stand out.
