Position: HVAC Install Technician
Pay Range: $35-50 Hourly plus performance bonus ($75K to $140K A Year). We are offering an up to $7,500 Sign-on Bonus
Compensation Breakdown:
- $35-$50/hr Base, Based on Experience and Licensing Held plus performance incentives on top of hourly
- Sign on bonus of up $7,500 (must have 5+ years experience)
- 4% commission For Anything New Sold On Site (e.g. outside the scope of what they are on site for)
- Spiffs for Reviews and Placement of Yard Signs
- Take home truck
- Expected Annual Earnings: $75,000 and $140,0000 Based On Your Skills, Experience & Drive!
Location: Headquarters inMarlborough, MA, jobs throughout the state
- Full-Time

Requirements:
- EPA Universal certification
- 3+ years HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Positive, team-focused attitude with commitment to exceptional customer service
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform installation duties throughout the workday

Rock Star Bonus Qualifications:
- 5+ years HVAC experience
- Crew Lead or Senior HVAC Technician/Installer background
- Lead performer at current employer
- Additional trade licenses (plumbing, sheet metal, electrical)
