HVAC Superintendent needed for a Federal Government Contractor to be located in northern California, San Jose and/or Mountain View. Salary range from $120k to 150k. Five days per week, Monday thru Friday, 8 hrs per day. Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a Watch Engineer, Lead Boiler Operator, HVAC Superintendent; chiller plant operation experience and certification in NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety). Company paid medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and 11 paid Government holidays, two weeks vacation. Commercial building experience preferred.
