Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Ability to see details at close range and inspect cabinet components for defects and do minor touch ups with colored markers or pencils.
Must possess good organizational skills so cabinet components flow through the department in an orderly fashion according to the established company production schedule.
Maintain good housekeeping initiatives within the work area (sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, etc.) and follow all other company policies.
Must be able to lift and repetitively handle up to 20 pounds which includes loading cabinet components on the work surface and removing completed cabinet components off of the work surface.
Must be able to stand at the workstation for extended periods of time.
Must be able to bend, push and pull.
Must be able to be cross-trained in other areas of production.
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others and to understand the work assignments and convey pertinent information as needed.
The ability to listen and to understand information that is being presented through spoken words as well as the ability to read and understand information that is being presented in writing.
The ability to show up for work on time and work extended hours as may be needed.
The ability to work independently.
Starting wage is $18 to $20 per hour depending on the job
Other duties as assigned.
