Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join our growing manufacturing team. If you have a strong background inspecting sheet metal and machined parts, reading engineering drawings, and working with precision measuring tools, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of sheet metal and machined components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and inspection requirements
- Use precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
- Process and document RMAs (Return Material Authorizations)
- Manage non-conforming materials and quality records
- Create work orders for repairs and remakes
- Support corrective and preventive action initiatives
- Maintain accurate inspection, acceptance, and rejection records
- Generate quality reports and support continuous improvement efforts
- Utilize SolidWorks to support manufacturing and quality functions
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience inspecting sheet metal and/or machined parts
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, and height gauges
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- English proficiency
Preferred:
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Manufacturing or fabrication experience
- Experience with quality systems and non-conformance reporting
- SolidWorks experience
