Duties

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate project teams including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
Develop detailed project schedules using Procore or other construction management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.
Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project requirements and compliance with design specifications.
Utilize construction estimating tools such as Procore to prepare accurate cost projections and manage project budgets effectively.
Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed while maintaining high productivity levels.
Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), daily logs, and progress reports with tools like ProCore and Bluebeam.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality control, and adherence to safety standards; address issues promptly.
Facilitate effective project coordination through clear communication of timelines, deliverables, and expectations across all parties involved.
Ensure timely procurement of materials using construction management software for tracking deliveries and inventory.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of construction industry best practices, codes, regulations, and schematics to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in civil/ structural or Agricultural projects; site experience is essential.
Proficiency with project scheduling tools such as ProCore.
Hands-on experience reading blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings accurately.
Knowledge of construction estimating processes using tools like ProCore.
Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and communication purposes.
Strong understanding of construction site safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining clear communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
