What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and system tune-ups
- Inspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide exceptional customer service
- Document service work accurately and thoroughly
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver outstanding results
- Stay current on industry trends, technology, and best practices
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform the physical requirements of the position
- Professional attitude, strong communication skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction
