Journeyman Electrician Requirements:
- 5+ years of Electrical experience OR Texas Journeyman License required
- Able to Read/ Interpret Residential Blueprints required
- Experience with Running Residential Wiring - Rough In + Trim Out required
- Experience Marking Out Homes / Laying Out Electrical Systems required
- Supervisor / Leadership experience preferred
- Customer Service experience preferred

Journeyman Electrician Responsibilities:
- Leading residential electrical projects and crews
- Responsibilities include supervising electricians and apprentices, coordinating daily jobsite activities, reading blueprints, troubleshooting electrical issues, communicating with homeowners and contractors, and assisting with electrical installations and repairs
- Additional duties may include panel upgrades, rewiring, generator installations, electrical inspections, and training junior electricians
- Work may involve custom homes, remodels, service work, electrical panels, breakers, wiring, outlets, switches, lighting systems, generators, and other residential electrical systems
