We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager Construction to lead and coordinate basic fix & flix to complex ground up construction projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role involves overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. Duties

Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to develop detailed project scopes and schematics
Utilize construction management software for project tracking, cost estimation, and resource allocation
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings to ensure precise implementation
Manage project schedules to coordinate activities across multiple teams and trades
Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Prepare and review construction estimates, bids, change orders, and contracts for accuracy and completeness
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders
Ensure proper documentation of project progress through reports, logs, incident records, and daily updates
Facilitate project coordination meetings to align team efforts and address potential delays or challenges proactively
Assist staff on site in a lead by example fashion

Skills

Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in project scheduling and site supervision
Proficiency in construction management software
Expertise in construction estimating techniques and cost control measures
Ability to read detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Strong understanding of contracts administration and legal aspects of construction projects
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of heavy civil construction processes and site safety protocols
Skilled in project coordination across multiple teams with excellent communication abilities
Familiarity with construction site experience including inspections, safety compliance checks, and troubleshooting issues on the ground
