Blue Mesa Homes is a growing residential home builder actively seeking experienced subcontractors for ongoing new home construction projects in surrounding North Texas areas.
We specialize in single-family new construction homes and are expanding our subcontractor network as production increases.
About Blue Mesa Homes
- New residential construction
- 3 bed / 2 bath homes | ~2,000 sq. ft.
- Built on 2–3 acre lots
- Finished home price point: $300,000
- Consistent, production-based building model
- Current production: ~1 home per week, scaling to 4/week

Payment Terms (Important)
- Subcontractors are paid at house closing
- Typical closing timeline: 30 days with multiple closings per month
- 20% retainage held for warranty items and paid out at the next house closing

- Residential construction experience required
- Licensed and insured where applicable
- Reliable crews with consistent availability
- Comfortable working in a production home environment
- Strong communication and professionalism
