Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking HVAC with 2 years of

experience to join our team in 2026. This position is ideal for someone who is either new to the

HVAC field or early in their career and eager to learn residential and light commercial heating,

ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced technicians to develop the skills needed

to become a licensed HVAC professional.

Responsibilities

 Assist lead HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC

systems

 Learn proper troubleshooting techniques for heating and cooling equipment  Help with system start-ups, inspections, and preventative maintenance

 Safely use hand and power tools related to HVAC work

 Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials

 Maintain a clean and professional job site

 Follow all safety procedures and company policies

 Communicate respectfully with customers and team members

 Actively participate in on-the-job training and continued education

Qualifications

 2 years of HVAC experience (schooling or hands-on experience preferred, not

required)  Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

 Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

 Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and outdoor conditions

 Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus

 Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude

 Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
