We’re hiring ONE experienced HVAC Service Selling Technician who knows how to run calls, build trust with homeowners, and turn opportunities into real revenue.

We have more demand than we can handle — with 3–5 service calls per day, per tech. If you know how to present options, explain repair vs. replacement with confidence, and convert both maintenance and no-cool calls into revenue, you’ll stay busy and make great money here..

Run residential HVAC service, diagnostic, and maintenance calls
Perform high-quality tune-ups and system evaluations
Diagnose issues quickly and accurately
Present clear repair and replacement options to homeowners
Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call
Maintain clean, organized truck and accurate service records
Support installs or projects when needed (team-first culture)
