Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for Commercial spaces, and select Residences.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs
- Conduct inspections of HVAC systems and components to identify potential problems or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with team members to develop efficient and effective HVAC system designs
- Follow safety protocols and regulations when working with HVAC systems
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Previous experience in property maintenance or HVAC equipment repair preferred
- Familiarity with HVAC system design principles and field service practices
- Proficiency in HVAC/R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration) systems
- Ability to weld and perform basic fabrication tasks
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems and ammonia refrigeration is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
