HVAC Manufacturer Sales Representative

Position Overview
We are a growing HVAC manufacturing company seeking an experienced Sales Representative with strong wholesale distribution experience. This role is responsible for driving sales through HVAC distributors, developing long‑term relationships, and expanding market presence within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales through HVAC wholesale distributors
- Develop relationships with distributor owners, branch managers, and counter staff
- Promote manufacturer product lines, programs, and initiatives
- Identify new distribution opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Forecast sales, manage territory plans, and report activity
- Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, lead times, and promotions
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC wholesale sales experience (required)
- Experience selling manufacturer product lines through distribution
- Strong understanding of HVAC products, pricing structures, and channels
- Proven ability to build and maintain distributor relationships
- Self‑motivated, organized, and results‑driven
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturer rep or factory sales background
- Established distributor relationships in the territory
- Technical HVAC product knowledge
