Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Qualifications: Some hands-on experience in construction, HVAC, or a related trade required. You don't need to be a seasoned tech, but you should know your way around a job site, be comfortable with tools, and be ready to work. Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are what matter most. Valid driver's license required.
Salary Range: $20 - $28/hour. Final wage determined by experience and skillset. As you develop and take on service and install work, commission opportunities open up (5% of profit on flips, 10% of profit on installs & change-outs).

Job Overview: We're looking for an HVAC apprentice ready to learn the trade from the ground up. You'll join a growing team of HVAC techs led by an HVAC & Refrigeration expert with over 25 years of experience. You'll learn everything from residential service (ACs, furnaces, etc.) to light commercial installation (rooftops, MAUs, etc.) and refrigeration (coolers, chillers, racks, etc.).
Your responsibilities will start with assisting techs on service calls, installations, and change-outs, handling equipment and materials, and learning the fundamentals of diagnostics and repair. As you grow, you'll take on more responsibility and start running work of your own.
We're looking for someone who's excited to learn, thrive, and grow alongside a growing company. We're on pace to double our team by the end of the year, expand to 2-4 additional locations (through acquisitions and green-fielding), and dominate the Western Minnesota market.
