The Role: Service Tech Level 2
This is a "hybrid" role designed for the electrician who can both sell and execute. You aren't just a technician; you are a consultant for the homeowner.
- Consult & Diagnose: Visit residential properties to assess electrical needs with the customer.
- Design & Estimate: Develop a scope of work on-site, present options to the customer, and close the deal using our field software.
- Execute: Perform same-day installations and repairs with precision and cleanliness.
- Manage: Keep your truck stocked and your job sites organized.
- Support: Work with our dedicated office team to optimize your route and ensure 5-star customer satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Table:
- License: Valid Massachusetts or New Hampshire Journeyman License (Required).
- Expertise: Deep experience in residential "old work" (fishing wires, retrofitting, and troubleshooting existing homes).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tablets/apps for estimating and communication.
- Character: A positive attitude, a clean driving record, and a "customer-first" mentality.
- Independence: The ability to look at a complex problem and solve it with minimal assistance.
