Licensed Journeyman Electricians – Solar Farm Projects (Travel Opportunities)

HINDSIGHT Construction Staffing is seeking Licensed Journeyman Electricians for long-term solar farm projects across multiple states. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with steady work, competitive pay, and career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems on utility-scale solar projects
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
Install conduit, wire, panels, switchgear, and associated electrical components
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with NEC and project specifications
Work closely with project managers, foremen, and other trades to meet project deadlines

Requirements

Active Journeyman Electrician License (state-specific or reciprocal license where applicable)
Minimum 3 years of commercial, industrial, or solar electrical experience
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to pass pre-employment screening if required
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
