What You'll Do

Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and chats
Schedule service appointments and create customer records
Help customers understand next steps and what to expect
Ask great questions to identify customer needs
Coordinate with dispatch and field teams
Keep accurate notes and documentation in our CRM
Provide calm, professional support during busy or stressful situations
Deliver an exceptional customer experience every single day
