Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical systems across various properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment and related systems, delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, etc
Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs.
Conduct field service operations on diverse mechanical systems
Diagnose electrical problems using specialized testing devices and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs for all work performed to ensure accurate documentation and accountability.
Assist with equipment repair projects mechanical adjustments, or system upgrades to improve efficiency and reliability.

Experience

Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role
Demonstrated ability to read schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC/R systems.
Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems is highly desirable.
Field service experience working directly on HVAC units, air conditioning systems, and related mechanical components.
Familiarity with HVAC design principles and the ability to interpret technical specifications.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Additional skills such as welding, Ohmmeter use, or mechanic experience will be considered advantageous for this role.
