Our dedicated refrigeration team is responsible for installing, ,servicing and maintaining commercial equipment, including, but not limited to walk-in freezers, walk in refrigerators, chillers, reach in, and more.

Compensation: $45 - $55 per hour
We pay a competitive salary based on experience as well as the potential for bonuses, commissions, and advancement in the company. Overtime is paid at time and a half for over 8 hours worked in a day.

Top candidates will possess:
- Valid MA Refrigeration License (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of Refrigeration experience.
- A clean and neat professional appearance to represent our company.
- Good customer service and people skills as well as the ability to communicate with our customers effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to problem solve and make quick decisions on the job.
- A clean criminal background check is required.
- A team player with a great work ethic and the ability and willingness to work overtime when necessary round out the ideal candidate.
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- EPA Universal Certification (preferred)
- NATE Certification in the HVAC industry (preferred)
