Job Summary
ATI Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and execute engineering projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and capable of building trusted client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Manage engineering and business projects from initiation through execution
- Develop scopes of work, project schedules, budgets, and execution plans
- Ensure project success criteria are met and client expectations are achieved
- Track and control project costs, identify scope changes, and communicate updates
- Coordinate project deliverables and ensure accuracy and quality
- Secure required project resources (reports, drawings, site visits, etc.)
- Maintain compliance with client policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Address client issues and provide proactive solutions
- Obtain purchase orders prior to starting work and manage invoicing timelines
- Identify additional opportunities for future work with existing clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
- Project Management experience within engineering or industrial environments
- Knowledge of front-end engineering and detailed engineering processes
- Experience serving as a Customer Account Manager or client-facing project lead
- Proven ability to deliver projects within budget and schedule
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience in consulting engineering, heavy industrial, or power sectors preferred
