Grande Air Solutions is growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who wants consistent calls, strong support, and the opportunity to earn a six-figure income.

This is not an entry-level position.

We are looking for technicians who can diagnose, communicate professionally with homeowners, and provide real solutions while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Compensation

$80,000–$150,000+ annual earning potential

RequirementsMinimum Qualifications

3+ years residential HVAC service experience
Valid Texas driver's license
Clean driving record
EPA Certification
Strong diagnostic skills
Excellent customer communication skills
Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling repairs and system replacements
Experience with maintenance agreements
NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
Experience with high-end residential customers
