Essential Job Function includes but not limited to:
Install HVAC & ductless heat pumps. Accurately and efficiently diagnose and repair HVAC and Ductless equipment.
Install, fabricate and/or connect compressors, condensers and evaporators, motors. Install and braze line sets, install condensation drains, install and terminate exhaust fans
Install Heat pumps and ductless systems. System evacuation and charging. Start-up of equipment.
Provide professional customer service, including professional appearance and attitude.
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle. We provide a company vehicle during work hours.
Maintain communication with your management and team members.
Attention to detail, accurate documentation of hours and material per job. Accurately fill out paperwork.
Maintain quality standards on all installations and tasks.
Able to work independently.
Maintain safety standards.
Must pass drug test and criminal background check.
Pay depends on experience, hourly $25-35/hours. MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF HVAC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Qualifications
- Core skills in refrigeration, Ductless and HVAC
- 5 year HVAC experience minimum
- Premium skills in construction, service technician experience, and HVAC design
- Relevant skills in mechanical knowledge, field service, and repair
- Experience with installation of ductless systems
- Valid Oregon State Driver's license
- Insurable by Just Ductless' automobile insurance carrier
- Ability to work in crawl spaces and attics
- Ability to safely lift 70+ pounds
- Ability to work from ladders and lifts
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
