We are currently seeking experienced, licensed HVAC Service Technicians and Installers who are motivated, dependable, and eager to continue growing their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, repair, maintain, and install residential and commercial HVAC/R systems.
Work on a variety of equipment including:
Rooftop Units (RTUs)
Split Systems
Hydronic Heating Systems
Radiant Heating Equipment
Exhaust and Ventilation Systems
Refrigeration Equipment
HVAC piping and related mechanical systems
Prepare materials and equipment needed for installation projects.
Manage your daily schedule and maintain accurate service documentation.
Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company professionally.
Participate in an on-call rotation with additional compensation.

Qualifications

Valid Connecticut HVAC/R License (Required)
Minimum of 1 year of HVAC service or installation experience
Construction experience preferred
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
