POSITION SUMMARY
The Construction Project Manager (PM) oversees all kitchen and bathroom installation crews across the RenovationsNOW operation. This role is responsible for daily cash collection, scheduling, labor allocation, material readiness, customer escalations, and overall project quality. The PM ensures every crew operates at maximum productivity while upholding RenovationsNOW's standards of speed, quality, and customer satisfaction — and that the business is consistently generating the daily cash collection needed to fuel growth and six-month cash reserves. With a goal of 11 operating crews by year end, the Project Manager is a key driver of the company's scaling strategy.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven record of managing multiple field crews at high job volume.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain profitability while meeting install KPIs.
- Deep knowledge of both kitchen and bathroom remodeling workflows and sequencing.
- Completion of RenovationsNOW leadership certifications and EMM mastery across all field positions.
- Strong experience with scheduling, WIP reporting, and P&L tracking at the crew level.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Primarily office-based role with regular field site visits and crew check-ins.
- Must be available for daily communication with Field Supervisors, Foremen, and C-suite throughout business hours.
- Occasional site visits requiring walking through active residential job sites.
- Valid driver's license required; ability to travel to multiple job sites as needed.
- Must be available to support escalated field situations during and outside of normal business hours when required.
Pay: $65,765.02 - $79,200.88 per year
