Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various types of equipment, ensuring optimal performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation.
Troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other testing equipment.
Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC installations and repairs as needed.
Provide field service support for residential and commercial clients, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Collaborate with team members on HVAC design projects and property maintenance tasks.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment repairs.
Adhere to safety protocols while working with hazardous materials such as ammonia refrigeration.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the construction or mechanical field.
Proficiency in using tools related to welding, equipment repair, and general maintenance tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues efficiently.
Valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
