Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing vehicles to their original condition with precision and care. Your expertise will help ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality auto body repairs, including collision damage repair, paintwork, and vehicle refinishing. Responsibilities

Assess vehicle damage thoroughly and identify missing parts.
Perform auto body repairs such as dent removal, panel replacement, and sheet metal work to the highest standards.
Conduct welding procedures including MIG welding, aluminum welding, and plastic welding.
Prepare surfaces for painting.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and quality control procedures.
Ability to paint would be an added bonus.

Requirements

Experience in auto body repair is required.
Proficiency in MIG welding, fabrication, and sheet metal work is essential.
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other automotive repair tools.
Ability to perform auto restoration projects with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to work well with other technicians and communicate effectively. We have a great shop environment and want to add someone who will be a great addition.
Physical capability to lift heavy parts and stand for extended periods during repairs.
Additional experience in auto glass replacement, auto painting, or mechanic work is a plus.
